Law change clogs up Tenancy Tribunal

Changes to the jurisdiction of the Tenancy Tribunal may have increased delays in the country’s busiest tribunal.

The Unit Titles Act came into force in June, allowing all unit title disputes not relating to title or disputes between owners to be reviewed by the tribunal.
