Lawyer John Muru Walters – whose former firm was among the first million-dollar legal aid earners – is in court arguing over what costs his firm should meet for its part in a bungled Blue Chip property deal some 10 years ago.

Mr Walters, now trading as Walters Law, was acting on both sides
