Access to $3.5m Stonewood settlement docs to be appealed

Former Queenstown Mayor Jim Boult and fellow former Stonewood Homes director Brent Mettrick have appealed a High Court decision allowing a creditor’s access to files relating to a $3.5 million settlement made with the liquidator in the company’s $26m collapse.
