ComCom drops court case against Linsa Finance
Linsa to pay $350,000 as parties agree to settle instead.
The Commerce Commission has dropped its High Court case against Tauranga-based lender Linsa Finance for failing to disclose key information in its loan contracts.
Earlier in March, the regulator announced court proceedings against the finance company, seeking orders for it to either return costs
