Companies Registrar seeks Bublitz's permanent ban

The Registrar of Companies is attempting to have financier Paul Bublitz permanently banned from acting as a director following convictions on dishonesty offences over the Viaduct Capital and Mutual Finance prosecution.
His lawyer, Rachael Reed, QC, told the Auckland High Court on Wednesday
