Court awards $0.9m costs against Henderson company, liquidator
Claims pursued against litigation funder LPF Group and former Property Ventures liquidator lacked merit, says judge.

Litigation described by a judge as “unmeritorious” and “flawed” has led to costs awarded against Dave Henderson’s 100 Investments and liquidator Kevin Whitley totalling $877,608.
A further claim for costs against Henderson personally is yet to be heard and determined.
