Court finds oppression, breach of duties in carbon case

The High Court has found investment bankers Will Leckie and Chris Morrison breached their duties as directors and acted oppressively towards their partner in a carbon farming venture, Ant Beverley.

The pair were ordered to buy out Beverley’s interests for $12.135 million.
