Court hears Kerr appeal on $65m BNZ ruling
The Court last year found George Kerr liable under personal guarantees for amounts owing to BNZ by his companies.
The Appeal Court hearing was held in Auckland.
The High Court should not have ordered ex-pat businessman George Kerr liable for more than $60 million plus interest on debts to BNZ because there were still substantial disputes to be resolved, the Appeal Court heard this morning.
The hearing followed a summary judgment ruling of Associate Judge
