Dairy farmer Southern Farms NZ, owned by Switzerland-based investor and former Fonterra board candidate Philipp Haas, has been ordered to pay $2.2 million to a Southland stock feed supplier after a contract dispute.
In a ruling issued on May 29, the Appeal Court largely upheld an earlier High Court
