Defamation proceedings brought by food processor Talley's against TVNZ have failed at the High Court, despite a finding that the broadcaster did impugn its reputation.
Talley's, owned by the NBR Rich List Talley family , had sued TVNZ alleging it was defamed in six news broadcasts in 2021 and 2022
