DIA sues Skyline subsidiary over alleged AML failures

Regulator files court action against Christchurch Casinos alleging ‘multiple breaches’ of AML legislation.

The DIA alleges anti-money laundering failures at Christchurch Casino between 2018 and 2023.

The department of Internal Affairs has sued Skyline Enterprises subsidiary Christchurch Casinos for alleged breaches of anti-money laundering legislation.

In a statement, the DIA said the casino’s alleges breaches occurred between December 2018 and December 2023.
