Creditors face significant shortfall after sale of luxury Six Senses Fiji resort, and NZ businessman launches legal action.

Six Senses Fiji went into receivership following the Covid pandemic.

New Zealand businessman Andrew Griffiths has launched litigation against the receivers of the Six Senses Fiji resort, which sold for $17.4 million earlier this year.

The legal action was mentioned in a second receivers’ report on the resort’s New Zealand-registered owner, Island Grace (Fiji) Ltd
