GEA Milfos International handed $825,000 penalty for price fixing

Milfos’ cooperation and admission of guilt mitigates starting penalty of $1.1m.

Milk testing technology company GEA Milfos International has been ordered to pay $825,000 after it admitted in the Auckland High Court to fixing milk sensor products prices with rival Dairy Automation Limited (DAL). The court case was the result of a Commerce Commission investigation.
