High Court dismisses lawyer's appeal against suspension
Gautam Jindal was found guilty of misconduct over a campaign of harassment against another lawyer.
The High Court's decision followed a hearing in July last year.
A decision of the Lawyers & Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal suspending Auckland lawyer Gautam Jindal for six months has been upheld by the High Court.
