Huljich loses bid for Supreme Court appeal

The Supreme Court has dismissed insider trader Peter Huljich’s application for leave to appeal his conviction.
The ruling ends Huljich’s efforts to prove his innocence after a jury found him guilty in 2023 of insider trading in the shares of online payments systems company Pushpay.
