Receivers of a failed Auckland hotel project have taken a case to the Court of Appeal involving bankrupt property developer Andrew Montgomerie.
Montgomerie was the sole director of Bassett 43, which borrowed from now failed finance company FE Investments to fund a 108-room, four-star hotel project,
