Wealthy family man’s name suppression appeal pushed out to June
It will be 10 months since Customs lodged the appeal over the order granted to the man convicted of possessing thousands of child sexual abuse files.
An appeal over permanent name suppression granted to a member of a wealthy family convicted of possessing child sex abuse material has been set down for June this year.
The date will be the third attempt to hear the appeal, which was first lodged by the Crown on behalf of Customs in late August
