New law will hide directors’ addresses, but only in some cases
The amendment allows company directors to remove their home addresses from the Companies Register if it poses a threat to their safety.
The passage of a Bill which will allow company directors to remove their home addresses from the Companies Register has been welcomed as a long-overdue change.
But lawyers at Chapman Tripp say the process remains unnecessarily complicated and a more robust solution is still needed.
