Two Hamilton realtors have been hit with millions in fines following a price-fixing dispute with the Commerce Commission.
In the Auckland High Court today, Lodge Real Estate director Jeremy O’Rourke and Monarch Real Estate director Brian King were ordered to pay $2.1 million and $1.9m
