‘Primary offender’ in roading contract bribery case named

Serious Fraud Office laid charges against two former employees of Broadspectrum in relation to alleged corrupt behaviour in February.

Former Broadspectrum employee allegedly received gifts in exchange for awarding road maintenance work to subcontractors.

A former roading contract manager facing Serious Fraud Office fraud and corruption charges has been named as former Boradspectrum employee Jason Koroheke.

In February, the SFO said it had filed charges against six people in relation to alleged corrupt behaviour in the provision of road maintenance
