Ken Wikeley fights on in Australia

After a High Court finding of fraudulent conspiracy with Eric Watson, the ex-pat is battling orders requiring disclosure of his assets and litigation funding.

Ex-pat ex-bankrupt Ken Wikeley has sought leave to appeal an Australian court order requiring him to disclose his worldwide assets and the identity of his litigation funder amid continuing legal battles with Sir Owen Glenn’s Kea Investments.
