There was a win, of sorts, for Australia-based Kiwi investor Eoin Fehsenfeld and dismay for others as the High Court ruled on how available cash should be distributed to victims of ponzi fraudster David Ross.
Mr Fehsenfeld was named during court proceedings as the biggest loser in the fraud,
