The Court of Appeal has denied Auckland barrister Jeremy Bioletti's bid to suspend his bankruptcy order.
Mr Bioletti, a high-profile defence lawyer who represented bankrupted barrister Barry Hart, was declared bankrupt himself in August owing a $550,000 tax bill to Inland Revenue.
