Limitation clause fails to extinguish Deloitte fee

Dorchester Finance has been ordered by the Appeal Court to pay a disputed fee to accountant firm Deloitte.

This is in spite of the parties signing an exclusion clause in their engagement agreement that they would not pursue each other for the debt after one year.
