Lincoln Hub is pleased to announce the appointment of Toni Laming as Chief Executive.

Ms Laming has extensive leadership experience in in agriculture, food and beverage, commodities and consulting. Her roles have spanned many industries with senior leadership positions at leading global organisations including Fonterra, Orica and Mercury. She is currently director of Agilitas Limited, a boutique management consulting company.

Ms Laming spent four years in Australia with Orica in global leadership roles focused on customer experience, technology solutions and growth initiatives before returning to New Zealand to take up an senior executive role leading strategy and ICT with Mercury. She was previously based in New Zealand in senior roles leading corporate strategy and international business development for Fonterra.  

Ms Laming has significant leadership experience designing and leading programs which incorporate multiple stakeholders and technology across multiple geographies. Through her roles she has worked closely with R&D/science teams from idea initiation to commercialised solutions.

“I am proud and delighted to be the new CEO of Lincoln Hub. This agriculture innovation cluster will be the largest in the Southern Hemisphere, and I look forward to evolving the organisation and leading the growth of Lincoln Hub to deliver outcomes for New Zealand’s agri sector,” Ms Laming says.

Toni will move to Canterbury from Auckland to take up the full-time position at Lincoln Hub in March 2017. 

“We welcome Toni’s appointment as CEO of Lincoln Hub,” Lincoln Hub Board Chair Sue Suckling says. 

“Toni has an outstanding reputation for the positive impact she has made across large-scale organisations.  Her strong leadership experience, innovative approach to business, and her energy will help drive Lincoln Hub’s objectives and develop the organisation’s direction and additive impact,” Ms Suckling says.
