Lombard trustee satisfied with company's actions - lawyer
Lombard Finance's trustee seemed to be satisfied with the company's performance only six months before it called in receivers, a lawyer says.
The trustee, Perpetual Trust, put Lombard in receivership on April 3, 2008.
Two years later five Securities Act charges were laid against Lombard
