The Bernard Madoff ponzi scheme is taking some of the blame for a New Zealand hedge fund’s decision to move a large part of its operation overseas.

Wellington hedge fund manager Pure Capital is in the process of moving its base to London.

But the business isn’t lost to New Zealand
