The Building Intelligence Group is pleased to announce that Ian Macaskill has been appointed as Managing Director. Ian Macaskill has long been one of the defining personalities and drivers of our business; the go-to for his immense bank of project knowledge, highly respected by our clients and the industry and a builder of outstanding teams in his previous roles of GM and Wellington Business Manager.
Stepping into the overarching role of Managing Director reflects Ian’s outstanding commitment to our business. His leadership will continue to anchor and inspire our people and his foresight supported by the wider management team has seen our company of project management professionals nearly double in numbers in the last four years.
Dave Mann will continue to take a 360 degree view of the business, taking ownership of our strategic direction including adding significant front end value to projects and continuing to add value to relationships with key clients; in other words doing what he does best for our key clients over the past 25 years
Byron Roff’s advancement to Wellington Business Manager reflects the energy, integrity, leadership he has brought to our wider business over the last four years. He leads from the front and has proved as adept at the coal face delivering high profile projects and engaging with stakeholders as he is with mentoring teams and developing business growth. Byron also joins our Management Team.
