Mantra deal allows for shareholder participation
Mantra will acquire shares from Outrigger, partly funded by a $50 million share placement.
ASX-listed Mantra Group is buying Hawaii-based Outrigger Enterprise Group’s New Zealand and Australian hotel business for $A29 million.
The deal involves management rights for 984 rooms and other real estate such as restaurants, conference facilities and other common areas.
