Troubled property developer Nigel McKenna has lost control of another company with his Holiday Inn hotel body corporate fee collecting business Galway Property Services in liquidation.

Mr McKenna developed the 280-room Holiday Inn at 75 Featherston St in Wellington which opened in 2007.
