CanWest MediaWorks NZ Ltd says director of sales for its television business Colin Caldwell is leaving to set up his own consulting business.
"Colin has steered our television sales team for nine years," said Jason Paris, the MediaWorks television chief executive.
Mr Paris recently moved to MediaWorks from state-owned TVNZ.
Brent Impey left MediaWorks after 10 years as chief executive last year and the company appointed a chief executive of its television division and chief executive of its radio division, rather than appoint an overall chief executive.
MediaWorks is owned by Ironbridge Capital.
