More Kingseat hospital villas should be saved, hearing told

A heritage expert says more villas from the former psychiatric hospital at Kingseat in south Auckland need to be saved.

Auckland Council plans to rezone the land in Kingseat from rural to urban, which would allow the population to grow from 600 to 5000 over the next 40 years.
