The second Clansman vineyard at Martinborough sold for $900,000, which compares with a 2009 rating valuation of $1.7 million.
The 49.85ha property in Dry River Rd included 24.8ha of vineyards producing Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc. It was sold to another Wairarapa vineyard owner.
