It is well known as a starting point for the annual Coast to Coast event.
The 40,000ha Mt White Station in central Canterbury is the latest of several large properties to come to market recently.
Mt White Station in Arthur's Pass is for sale for the first time in 100 years, as is Mt Cook Station, which has been in the same family for 150 years. (See video below)
