Multi-million dollar case against Macquarie Bank moved to Australia

Fleeced investors who lost $18 million fighting decision for case to move across the Tasman.

A group of about 50 investors suing an alleged fraudster and Macquarie Bank have had their local case stopped because a judge says the lawsuit should be moved to Australia.

But their lawyer is already seeking a review of that decision.
