Multi-million dollar fraudster's reparation appeal bid blocked

A former managing director in the retail gas industry who was found guilty of fraud of at least $9.75 million has had an application to appeal a $400,000 reparation order dismissed.

Ronald Peter Rosenberg and Sydney Lio Hunt were last year convicted on 41 charges of dishonestly using documents,
