MYOB's customer retention rate reached a record 82%.

Growth in MYOB’s online subscribers continues to accelerate but its total number of paying customers rose just 6% in calendar 2017 and revenue rose a skinnier 4%.

The weaker revenue increase reflects the fact that the company has been making discounted offers to its remaining desktop customers
