Navman Wireless details $US25m deal to sell hardware unit

Fleet management technology maker Navman Wireless has sold its hardware business to Californian company CalAmp [NAS:CAMP].

Under the deal, CalAmp is paying $US6 million to Navman Wireless, and Navman Wireless has committed to hardware orders of $US25m over the next five years.
