Commercial property company JLL welcomes Mickey Haines to its Auckland industrial team.
Haines joins JLL with 15 years’ experience in industrial property. He was a Director in the industrial agency team at dohertybaines in London, where he worked for nine years.
At JLL, Haines will focus on industrial sales and leasing in the Mt Wellington, St Johns and Otahuhu areas.
“I’m enjoying getting to know the Auckland market,” Haines says. “Apart from having to think in square metres rather than square feet, I’m finding many similarities between the London market and Auckland. The needs and wants of landlords and tenants are essentially the same.”
JLL’s National Director and head of industrial Sam Smith says Haines is a welcome addition to the team.
“Mickey brings a wealth of experience and a different perspective to our team with his knowledge of the UK market and business practices,” Smith says.
