Boutique Property agency Metro Commercial has hired Tim Wiles from CBRE to expand its office leasing team.
Metro Director Martin Hudson said: “Whilst traditionally known for our retail expertise, recently winning the RICS NZ Retail Team of the Year award for the second year in succession, we are finding increasing demand for our skillsets & experience in other sectors of the market. We provide a premium service tailored to our clients’ needs and firmly believe that, with a number of exciting, high quality office projects in the pipeline, now is the time to increase our presence in the Commercial Office arena.
Mr Wiles will be focused on the core inner city office market, working with Martin Hudson. Metro have been involved in high profile leasings of headquarters premises to Bank Of China, China Construction Bank, and software giant EMC.
