Mortgage Express is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Cameron, Wellington-based mortgage adviser.
Mr Cameron joins Mortgage Express following an extensive career in the financial services industry. With over 35 years’ experience predominantly in a banking environment, Mr Cameron has worked as a Credit Manager, Investment Manager and Client Relationship Manager for two major banks. In addition to this, Mr Cameron spent three years working as a Loans Manager for a finance company and a further year working as a Mortgage Adviser.
“I am looking forward to working with a group of property professionals that are committed to providing the best possible solutions for property buyers and sellers,” says Mr Cameron.
“My in-depth experience as a Credit Manager enables me to recognise and effectively manage any potential differences between customers’ expectations and the credit requirements of various lenders.”
Mr Cameron hopes to make the house buying process as stress free as possible, especially for first home buyers, and offers assistance with residential lending for owner occupiers and investors, including pre-approvals and re-finances, as well as lending to small and medium sized businesses and commercial property finance. Mr Cameron will be servicing the Wellington region including Levin (Horowhenua), Masterton (Wairarapa) and the Kapiti Coast.
