Ms Zhang has a sound background in banking with over 9 years’ experience in personal banking and 4 years’ experience in lending. Based in Auckland, Ms Zhang will be providing advice around first home buying, investment and commercial properties, re-finances and re-fixes, and insurance.
CEO of Mortgage Express, Sarah Johnston, says “On meeting with her clients, Rui will provide a financial needs analysis to help identify their specific requirements and formulate a financial roadmap to help them reach their financial goals.”
A strong negotiator with an all-round knowledge of banking products, Ms Zhang is fluent in Mandarin and English. She believes good communication is essential to building long-standing customer relationships and says, “I believe strongly in taking ownership and following up on customers' inquiries promptly. As well as lending, I have an excellent understanding of the various insurance and investment products available, and look forward to sharing my expertise with my clients.”
