In a recent appointment, Mortgage Express welcomes Harry Wang to the Wellington-based team of mortgage advisers.
Mr Wang brings with him over 5 years’ banking experience, having worked for both ANZ and ASB in a lending role. Prior to joining the banks, Mr Wang held an accounting role for two years.
“My broad knowledge of lending and strong understanding of banking systems, combined with my finance background means I’m able to provide my clients with a clear overview of their particular financial situation, to help them make informed choices when it comes to home loan finance,” says Mr Wang.
“I’m passionate, enthusiastic and tech-savvy; something of a perfectionist who will work hard to find the right financial solution for you.”
As well as lending experience involving overseas incomes and complex applications, Mr Wang was the top sales achiever with ANZ and number one in the central region in 2012, working alongside his clients to help them achieve their home ownership goals.
“Harry’s particular experience in dealing with complex applications is an advantage for clients who may be looking to enter the property market, but who don’t necessarily tick all of the boxes when it comes to lenders’ specific requirements,” says Sarah Johnston, CEO of Mortgage Express.
Multilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and English, Mr Wang welcomes clients who prefer to converse in their own language.
Mr Wang is based in Wellington and is available to provide advice around home loan refinancing, new home loans, business loans, construction loans and home loan re-fixes.
