Mortgage Express is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Talbot, who joins the team of mortgage advisers.
Mr Talbot is an accountant by trade and has close to 30 years’ experience in the finance industry. As well as working for several large international corporates, Mr Talbot successfully managed several of his own businesses. He brings with him a solid background in finance and in depth consulting experience.
A previous business owner himself, Mr Talbot understands the complexities business owners face when it comes to obtaining finance, and believes he is the ideal candidate to assist with resolving these complexities.
“Working with a mortgage adviser means that you are not limited to a single lender and you don’t have to do all the hard work of trying to work out which lender is best for your personal circumstances. As an independent mortgage adviser, I provide unbiased advice in sourcing a financial solution to suit your needs, helping future proof your most important asset,” says Mr Talbot.
CEO of Mortgage Express New Zealand welcomed Mr Talbot to the team, saying “Martin has already established good relationships with lenders on both the residential and commercial side. He has a strong financial background and first-hand experience of business ownership, attributes that will benefit his clients.”

Conversant in English, Dutch and Vietnamese, Mr Talbot will be providing advice and assistance with residential property lending, residential investment lending, business lending, commercial property lending, financial analysis, loan restructuring, re-financing and debt consolidation.
