With over 20 years’ experience in the banking and finance industry, including mortgage adviser and construction lending experience, Louise has an in-depth understanding of the complicated and intricate processes involved in construction lending.
Based in East Auckland, Louise provides advice on home loans, investment loans and construction lending. Through her own experience in small business lending, investment lending, family-backed housing deposits and family trusts, Louise helps her clients get around stumbling blocks.
“I’m adept at looking at all of the information in front of me and finding a solution that will suit the client’s end goal. Sometimes it’s a case of planning and working with clients to help them reach the target of owning a home. I don’t sell mortgages; I’m in the business of helping clients realise dreams. Buying a property requires a huge amount of thought and commitment, and knowing I helped is extremely rewarding.” says Louise.
