Ala Sonti specialises in wills, trusts, estates and elder law. She is experienced in retirement village conveyancing and provides advice to Anchorage Trustees in its statutory supervisory business. Ala also has experience in dealing with estate-related litigation and appointments and related disputes under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act 1988.
Jacob Blakely specialises in corporate and commercial law with a particular interest in capital markets and securities offerings, bank lending, development finance, regulatory approvals, joint ventures, corporate governance and compliance. He has more than 11 years experience in the legal and funds management industries in New Zealand and Australia and has worked with leading global asset managers focused on forming and structuring private investment funds, specialising in agriculture, infrastructure, public and private equity.
