New board for NBR Rich Lister wine company

The new board formation follows merger between Yealands and Ager Sectus.

Yealands Wine Group has announced the establishment of its new board.

It follows last month's merger between NBR Rich Lister Peter Yealands' company Yealands Estates Wines and Ager Sectus Wines.

Board members include Yealands Estate owner and founder Peter Yealands, Peter Radich, John Waller and John Ashby. Bryan Mogridge will be chairman.

Yealands Wine Group is one of the largest privately-owned wine companies in New Zealand.

The company owns over 1,500 ha of company owned vineyards and wineries in Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay, and exports to more than 50 international markets.

The business has recently collected trophies at leading wine shows throughout Australasia, the USA and the UK.
