A new date has been set for a two-day defended hearing for property developer David Ian Henderson on three charges under the Financial Reporting Act.
The hearing had been set for early this month, but has been put off until June 14 and 15 after it was called before Judge Raoul Neave in Christchurch District Court today, the Christchurch Court News website reported.
The charges relate to Henderson's company, Property Ventures, and allege he failed to meet reporting deadlines for the year to March 31, 2008.
