Health food company New Image has bought a controlling 50.01% interest in Keri Keri-based natural skincare company, Living Nature, for an undisclosed sum.
The purchase introduces new capital to the company and its existing shareholders will remain, New Image said.
Chairman Graeme Clegg said Living Nature will add $6 million to New Image’s annual revenue.
