JLL are pleased to announce Adam Vodanovich, who will be joining the Auckland Research and Consultancy team as a Senior Consultant.
Adam’s new role as a Senior Consultant at JLL will focus on providing property advisory services including market research and development consultancy to clients both in New Zealand and internationally.
Adam graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Property and has over 10 years of consultancy experience, specifically in land acquisition, negotiation, feasibility and development. Adam brings impressive experience to his new role at JLL as he has been involved in many nationwide projects including commercial land negotiations for the Christchurch Earthquake Recovery Authority for the CBD rebuild, major government infrastructure projects including the Waterview Connection along with being involved at the front end of project development for a large retail chain.
Adam’s previous roles include working as a Senior Property Consultant for The Property Group Limited and within the property development team at Bunnings Limited.
